Changes & cancellations
Cancellations for online or 3rd Party Reservations
- If you make a reservation online or through a 3rd party website all bookings are non-refundable however subject to availability, you may be able to change your dates. Please phone us about this possibility.
Change of mind Policy
- You have 24hrs from the time you made your reservation to contact us to received a full refund. (strictly 24 hours)
Cancellations/Refunds/Transfers for Reservations made over the phone with us directly
- Cancellations Peak: Xmas, Easter, Cool Rocks, Queens Birthday & Labour LWE’s
- More than 4 weeks’ notice and your payments will be refunded less a $100 admin fee.
- Under 4 weeks’ notice you will receive a 6 month credit less a $100 admin fee or you can immediately book future dates.
Standard Cancellation: Outside of Peak times
- More than 2 weeks’ notice and your payments will be refunded less a $50 admin fee.
- Under 2 weeks’ notice and your payments will be refunded less a $50 administration fee or you can choose to have a full 6 month credit.
- 1 week or under notice and you can immediately book further dates. No other offers apply.
Transfers
With any of the above options you can transfer your credit to a new reservation or gift it to family/friends.
After Arrival
For any reason if you decided to vacate the park prior to your expected departure date there are no refunds. Simply place your keys in the return key box on the landing at Reception.
Pets
- Dogs are welcome on sites, at managers discretion.
- Dogs are not allowed on cabin bookings.
Deposits & payments
- Shoulder/Off Peak: 50% deposit of total tariff at the time of booking with balance automatically processed 1 week prior to arrival.
- Peak: 50% deposit of total tariff at the time of booking with balance due 1st March (Easter)/ 1st December (Xmas).
- Payment Option for Peak Xmas Period – We offer a quarterly payment option. Please discuss when booking.
School & Public Holidays & Events
- Christmas School Holidays – 12th December 2025 – 27th January 2026
- April School Holidays – 12th – 27th April 2025
- QLD Labour Weekend – 2nd – 5th May 2025
- NSW Kings Birthday Weekend – 6th-9th June 2025
- Winter Getaway – 1st June – 31st Aug
- July School Holidays – 5th – 20th July 2025
- September School Holidays – 27th September – 12th October 2025
- QLD Kings Birthday & NSW Labour Weekend – 3rd – 6th October 2025
Christmas, Easter & Cooly Rocks Festival (Peak)
- Easter Long Weekend – 18th – 21st April 2025
- Cooly Rocks Festival – 2nd – 9th June 2025 – (minimum stay of 5 nights)
- Christmas – 20th December 2025-18th January 2026 (minimum stay of 7 nights)
What you need to know
As a guest/s in our park you agree to:
- Read and be familiar with Park Rules, written on the back of the map, and conduct yourself in a manner conducive to a harmonious park environment.
- Any damage or loss to our accommodation, site or equipment in the park for which you are responsible and is not billed at the time of your departure, may be charged to the same credit card used to pay your account or to the credit card used to guarantee payment of your account at a later date.
- Report any problem you have with your accommodation, site or neighbour immediately so the situation can be rectified to allow a wonderful holiday.
- When departing a cabin you need to ensure you wash all dishes and put them away, and remove any garbage to the outside bin at your cabin. (you will incur charges if these tasks are not completed)
