Our Park Facilities
Relax under the shade of beautiful palm trees or take a dip in the crystal-clear water of our full-size saltwater pool. There’s plenty of room for the kids and a wading pool for toddlers, along with a safe children’s playground.
Our recreation facilities are perfect for socialising, with a spacious undercover barbecue area, with two large gas BBQ's. You can cook while still watching the kids in the pool.

There is a plethora of things to do in and around the Forster/Tuncurry area. You can explore the Wallis Lake system with a hire boat from the many boat sheds and enjoy fishing, snorkeling or a picnic on one of the many sand islands, or enjoy a day at the beach with the family at one of the many pristine beaches in the area.
You could also explore the many shopping centres around the area or dine out at one of the many fantastic restaurants (most overlooking the lake!) Forster/Tuncurry has to offer.

- Check In: 2:00pm cabins, 11am sites.

- Reception Hours: 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday with Sat & Sun 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

Changes & Cancellations (Online / 3rd Party Reservations):
If you make a reservation online or through a 3rd party website all bookings are non-refundable however subject to availability, you may be able to change your dates. Please phone us about this possibility.
- Transfers: With any of the above options you can transfer your credit to a new reservation or gift it to family/friends.
- After Arrival: For any reason if you decided to vacate the park prior to your expected departure date there are no refunds. Simply place your keys in the return key box on the landing at Reception.

Pets:
- Dogs are welcome on grass camping sites only
- Dogs are not allowed on cabin bookings.

Standard Cancellation: Outside of Peak Times:
- More than 2 weeks’ notice and your payments will be refunded less a $50 admin fee.
- Under 2 weeks’ notice and your payments will be refunded less a $50 administration fee or you can choose to have a full 6 month credit.
- 1 week or under notice and you can immediately book further dates. No other offers apply.

You have 24hrs from the time you made your reservation to contact us to received a full refund. (strictly 24 hours) -
Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers (Direct Over The Phone):
- Cancellations Peak: Xmas, Easter, Kings Birthday & Labour LWE’s.
- More than 4 weeks’ notice and your payments will be refunded less a $50.00 admin fee OR you can book future dates, no administration fee. Future dates need to be booked within 6 months of cancellation and used within 12 months. Credit is transferrable to other family members and used within same time period
- Under 4 weeks’ notice you will receive a 50% refund, less an admin fee of $50.00 OR you can book future dates, no administration fee. Deposits & Payments:
- Shoulder/Off Peak: 50% deposit of total tariff at the time of booking with balance automatically processed 1 week prior to arrival. Peak: 50% deposit of total tariff at the time of booking with balance due 1st March (Easter)/ 1st December (Xmas).
- Payment Option for Peak Xmas Period – We offer a quarterly payment option. Please discuss when booking.
